Why Mama’s Mystery School?
Becoming a Mama, is one of the greatest initiations we as women can experience.
Let us see duality to man stronger then ever,
we births childs, but we also birthing a new version of ourselves.
It reveals our strength and our tenderness. Our deepest love and our deepest shadows. It asks us to grow, surrender, trust, and begin again.
We are the tigers, warriors and most vulnerable pearls.
Once we are becoming Mama’s, something changes.
We embody a new frequency of life.
Mystery, because life itself is the greatest mystery and as mamas, we are blessed to participate in its creation. We are the creator herself once our soul has connected to our baby soul. We grow a human being within us, witness a unique soul grow before our eyes, and discover parts of ourselves we never knew existed.
School, because motherhood is one of life’s greatest classrooms.
Here, we are all students and teachers at the same time.
Yet, are we truly the teachers? Or are our children the ones leading us?
How often do they invite us to slow down, become present, trust our intuition,
follow our joy, question old patterns, and see the world with fresh eyes?
We learn through motherhood, through our children, through our bodies, through our challenges, through our joy, and through one another.
Beyond techniques, certifications, studies, and systems, there is true wisdom that can only be lived. Motherhood invites us into that mystery every day.
In a time when many mothers feel isolated, overwhelmed, and expected to carry so much alone,
we are remembering something ancient: the village.

Our WhatsApp community is the heart of Mama’s Mystery School, a gentle space to connect, ask questions, be inspired, receive support, and walk alongside other mamas from around the world.
Around each New Moon, we gather live in our online circle, freely accessible to all mamas in our community. A space to slow down, reconnect, move, reflect, laugh, cry, celebrate, and simply be held.
In our New Moon Circles, one mama from within our community steps forward to lead the circle, sharing something that has supported her through her own journey of matrescence, the profound transformation of becoming a mother. Every mama carries medicine that another mama needs.
This can be a meditation, movement practice, creative ritual, workshop, story, song, or simply her loving presence.
Each circle is recorded and becomes part of our naturally growing Living Library, creating a rich collection of wisdom for every season of motherhood, from conception and pregnancy to birth, postpartum, toddlerhood, and beyond. You can return whenever life allows, learning in your own rhythm.
Our YouTube channel is an extension of Mama’s Mystery School,
offering free inspiration, movement and conversations whenever you need them.
